By using this website or submitting an inquiry or rental request, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies provided.

2. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle through Femi Leasing, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (age may vary by vehicle)

• Hold a valid driver’s license

• Provide proof of address matching your license

• Agree to all rental terms and pay any applicable fees and deposits

Femi Leasing reserves the right to approve or deny any rental request at our sole discretion.

3. Rental Requirements

When booking a rental, you agree to:

• Return the vehicle in the same condition it was provided

• Adhere to our mileage, fuel, and smoking policies

• Be responsible for any damages, violations, or tolls during the rental period

• Use premium gas and return the car with the same fuel level (or incur a $25 fuel fee)

4. Payments

All payments must be made in full at or before the time of vehicle pickup. This includes:

• Rental fee

• Security deposit (refundable if no issues upon return)

• Any additional charges (e.g., late return, extra mileage, fuel, damage)

We use secure, third-party processors to handle all payments.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee or loss of deposit at our discretion.
